Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
- First : If you cancel an appointment without prior 24 hour notice, you will be invoiced for 50% of the cost of the services booked.
- Second: For a second cancelled appointment, you will be charged the full cost of the services booked.
- Same-Day Cancellations: If therapist has made it to your destination to perform your service and you need to cancel the prior cancelation policy applies but you will still be responsible pro the milage charges.
*Fees may be waived in cases of illness or medical emergencies.
Payment for Previous Invoices
All outstanding invoices must be paid in full before rescheduling a new appointment.
Frequent Cancellations or No-Shows
If you cancel more than two appointments without notice, you will be required to prepay for all future appointments. These payments will be nonrefundable if the appointment is missed.

Procedure
Being a mobile service, we cannot guarantee arrival to the minute. Our therapists have a buffer of 20 minutes either side of the appointment time, so if you need to be finished by a certain time, please let us know in advance.
